Does it look pro? It was really creamy Alhamdulillah. This is the kind of mousse that uses eggs…totally beats plain whipped cream mousse. Its set over mashed strawberries to cut the sweetness. Make sure you leave it in the fridge to set for a whole day for maximum creamy and thick goodness!

We intended to top this chocolate mousse with plain vanilla whipped cream, but i kinda over-beat it so it separated into buttermilk and butter. BUT these circles of absolute fluffiness came out of the mess!
