We tried making SORTED Food’s Moroccan Chicken Tagine, without using a tagine that is 😛 Didn’t have one.
Due to lack of ingredients, we also had to improvise. Lemon juice instead of zest, figs instead of sultanas, and ginger paste instead of ground ginger.
Did everything in one pot, including the browning of the chicken since we didn’t have a tagine to do the job. A big clean-up saver Alhamdulillah.
