Tried out a recipe from a free recipe book that came with a Reader’s Digest magazine. Had left over fresh cream that needed to be cooked by today.
It was nice Alhamdulillah. Rich and creamy chocolatey pudding, really.
I was lazy and didn’t use cold water and didn’t sift…still good though 🙂 Oh yeah, I didn’t have strawberries or icing sugar on hand.
Had some left over filling that could’t fit in the tart case, so just filled ramekins with it after crushing a single digestive biscuit with a little bottom at the base of each.
